REFUNDS
We accept returns within a 7 day return window, in their original, new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. 

Please note that all returned boots will undergo a thorough inspection before a refund is issued. In the event that wear is detected, a refund will not be granted, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method, and the receipt of funds will vary depending on your financial institution's policy.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange for a different size, color, or style, please reach out here with your order number and exchange request. We will assist you by providing a return label and detailed instructions for the exchange process.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
